This whole thing is scam. Just trying it for the first time and as disabled person who was scammed by this service I feel an obligation to share my experience. Nothing actually works the app is no good. Everything is sketchy and not built in a way to help people with disabilities but instead to scam them. Even if you want to return the device there’s a re-stocking fees due to the high volume of returns so no matter what you do. They will take something from you. Don’t use this service.

Terrible app terrible directions you shouldn’t need a Ethernet cable to update it update your instruction video I feel like I’m watching paint dry when he starts talking on it it’s horrible ima return it just so I don’t have to watch that 20 min video explaining it
