As a woodworker, I’m impressed with how simple this app makes design for kids. My daughter created a birdhouse, and we even built a version of it together.
We can’t print with out the app
I got this 3D printer forChristmas and ever since then it’s been so hard just to get into the app Me and my dad wait almost 15 minutes just to get into the app and most of the time it doesn’t even work and like everybody else it’s just a white screen you guys need to fix this
Garbage
If I could give no stars for this app I would. The developers of the app need to trouble shoot the products and apps on a 5 GHZ network and make it compatible. Mostly everyone has 5 GHZ NOT 2 GHZ. Get with the program X-MAKER and adapt to your users.

How terrible is it that I have a $300 printer that I cannot use because it’s only accessible through an app that hardly ever works! I am returning this.

Nice printer but this app makes it unusable. You can’t load the app on WiFi but can’t print unless you’re connected to WiFi but not 5G. So frustrating. We are returning the printer because of the app.

I LOVED this app up until they started making you sign in every time you open the app. I am not giving my kids account information on anything that may have a charge to my card ability, so I am now stuck signing into the app every time my kids open it and they’re obsessed with their printers. This makes it so they can’t use them on their own if I am not available. Garbage!

It is an app that it get you a nightmare to setup and don’t logout by mistake because can be your worse nightmare….
Can’t even use the app
Whalen I open it it says error I got this for Christmas and I can’t even use the app someone needs to fix it they’ve been updating it since 2025 apparently this was a waste off money do not bye this 3d printer I tried deleting then downloading it but it still didn’t work FYI, get tinkercad my son has it at the school and now every Wednesday and Thursday comes home with creation, so yeah, get Tinker cat

The app never works and is not user friendly
Customer service is terrible, I could never get anyone to help with a return so we’re stuck with it. I wish I would have bought a different printer.

I really like this app. It’s easy to use, also easy to change the speed and temperature if you’re using different filaments.

After the last update, I can’t see the camera from iOS app. From PC it still works.
Not worth the headache
Got this printer for my daughter for Christmas and it has been nothing but a headache :( the app never connect correctly, something is always wrong with it!
Dust Bin
I wasted multiple 75 seconds on trying to connect with the app and it has never ever connected. Wasted my time, my life, my money and my efforts. Now my Nani is also upset.
Sucks
Can only work on 2.4GHZ Wi-Fi who still has 2G??? Tried app on iPad , iPhone, and Windows can’t connect by Wi-Fi and can’t connect using the Xmaker printer as a hotspot either
