Just to be upfront, Apple handles all App Store billing directly, so developers actually don't have a "refund" button on our end. You can request your refund directly from Apple with these quick steps: Go to reportaproblem.apple.com Sign in with your Apple ID and select Request a refund. Здравствуйте! Xmind можно использовать бесплатно: вы можете без ограничений создавать карты, редактировать структы и экспортировать их. Окно подписки можно просто закрыть, нажав на крестик в углу. Подписка нужна только для AI и премиум-фич.

visionOS version is pointless

Great app on other platforms. But the Vision Pro version is neglected by the developers and lacking basic features (including outliner). I’d rather have the iPad version on Vision Pro than this.

visionOS is unable to open macOS Xmind map

Vision Pro version is unable to open a map which I just created on the macOS version. It says that it is unable to open the map because it was created with a newer version, although both macOS and visionOS apps are the latest from the App Store.

Map deleted!

I made a map like a year ago I came back to find it. It wasn’t there! I’m sure I saved it and even used it for a while and it’s just not here now, only a very old version of it.

Há muitos anos eu paguei pela versao "premium" do Xmind e agora eles criaram uma nova versão com algumas funcionalidades novas e cobram um rim no preço do SaaS. Essa empresa claramente é má intencionada, fiquem longe desse produto.

Not being updated exclamation point

I love this program! I use it on my MacBook on my iPad and on my Vision Pro. However, right now anything created on my MacBook or iPad will not open on the Vision Pro. It is saying that I need to update my Vision Pro Xmind software to the latest version. However, I have the latest version, but it has not been updated to stay in step with the other platforms. Please fix this soon!

Идея приложения очень простая. Писать текстовые блоки и соединять их между собой. Ну не стоит это таких денег, да и еще, платить надо ежегодно или ежемесячно, единоразово даже нет возможности купить. Там подписываться не на что, это не сервис с постоянно обновляющимся контентотом

Toda vez que você abre um mapa e o fecha, você volta para a tela inicial e não permanece na pasta onde o mapa foi aberto. Isso é chato demais. Corrijam isso pfv!

Было нормальное приложение. Можно его купить за 500₽ пожизненно ок. Ну 1000₽ хорошо. Пожизненно. Но не подписка за 8000₽/год

Renewal emails getting out of hand

My subscription expires today and I received 15 exactly same reminder emails to get me keep using this app. Because of this I’ll definitely NOT keep using it. This is absurd.
