Doesn’t work
Opening and setting up app seemed to work but completing the workflow shown in videos and marketing material the app crashed repeatedly. This might be a bug but this isn’t polished.

Ich habe auf dem Mac die Pro Version gekauft, es gibt jedoch keine Möglichkeit auch die mobile Version freizuschalten.

Worked once
Sadly it worked once and then never worked again. Would not recommend.
Got acquired and went downhill
I've been using this app for years and suddenly, once it was acquired from the original founder, it's started to become buggy. The inset no longer auto-detects the main color in the screenshot making the border just default to white. And since most of the screenshots I take don't feature a white background, this app is now of no use to me. On top of that, even if you don't add an inset there are often 1px white lines that show randomly on one or multiple sides of the screenshot. Really sad to see this happen to such a brilliantly simple utility. If you don't care that the inset feature doesn't work (or that the borders are always white) I guess it will work just fine. But in my day-to-day, it's no longer an option.

I’d be a 5 star app if I had the ability to create my own backgrounds or at very least, pick a few different gradient colors myself.

… letztes Update liegt ein Jahr zurück. Ein Kauf für mich daher kaum denkbar für eine App die kaum gewartet wird. Ansonsten tolle Funktion.

No Short Time Demo
I saw a brief video showing a screenshot being cropped, but no ability to do this is apparent. Maybe if I pay the $15/year it would appear, but I’m not about to do than. The paywall is much too high, especially without a guarantee it does what I need.
Solid But Question
Does the paid version allow many more color backgrounds such as transparent, white, or black the way the Mac OS version does?

Die Funktionalität ist sehr ansprechend. Den fünften Stern gibt es von mir, wenn ich die Hintergrundfarben selbst editieren kann. Bis dahin stelle ich den Kauf zurück. 😉
Super easy, super results!
Just like the Mac version, Xnapper makes it really easy to take a simple screenshot and make it look great before sharing it. It works really well and the results are always great! It’d be nice if there was a more native way to take a screenshot straight into Xnapper like on the Mac, but that’s an iOS limitation and the share workflow works great.

One of a kind
This screenshot app is perfect for sharing on social media. I use it to crop my ugly screenshots, add beautiful backgrounds and share to Twitter. My favorite feature is the automatic padding detection and correction with the inset setting - it makes everything look so much nicer. The developer is clearly passionate about beautiful and functional products because the experience is fantastic!

This is one of those apps that does its job very well - simple to share screenshots to Xnapper and add some nice polish for posting online etc. Very handy features. Good work!

I can’t believe I’ve gone so long without something like this. I feel like a degenerate if I send an screenshot without Xnapper now. I use it on iOS and Mac multiple times per day. Nice and simple, just what the doctor ordered.
