Ways to fix.
Love the XO experience but the app needs a My Trips iOS widget. Right now the widget just shows random featured flights instead of my actual bookings — that’s a missed opportunity. Would love to see my next flight, route, date and countdown timer on my home screen. Competitors will build this first if XO doesn’t. Simple change, big impact for members

Time wasters.
Booked two separate flights only for both to be cancelled last minute. Makes you even wonder if they really own any places. Its literally a gamble with loads of anxiety

Instant Booking is a win!
The ability to view live pricing and confirm it instantly saves me time and money vs waiting for a human to find options and present them to me. Highly recommend this App.

Pointless app now that they make you call
Used to be a great way to get a price idea for a private charter. Now they make you call them to get a price instead of completing it in the app, making the app pointless. Now I use Yond to get price quotes which is much more clunky than the old XO app but at least I can get the info I need without having to call someone.

We had a flight where the plane never arrived. Customer service told us the plane was there. They did nothing for us. Basically they made us wait another day to fly out. Private flying this expensive should have a lot better customer service
Marketing push notifications can’t be turned off
There is no way in the app to turn off marketing push notifications so prepare yourself to be inundated with ads. Turning off push notifications all together is also a non-starter since you need them to snag a seat on a flight. i’ve even attempted to contact the company about this issue but received no response.

They aren’t what they appear. They will nail you with membership fees and extract the money you put in. Total lack of customer support, billing and contract transparency!

Get your App sorted
Tried multiple times for registration however still I am getting SMS error and unable to take me forward. Must have tried 5-6 combinations along with my family numbers. This is disgusting to see you have an app and no contact centre to help the subscribers.
Better companies
Better more reputable companies do your research. Wouldn’t risk flying XO not worth it. And they are double the price than other shared chargers
