I’ve been trying to put in a bid on a home that’s listed and the app will not take the bid. I tried going up on the opening bid as much as $2K over the what it says I can bid and it will not accept it smh

I just need a property in Bay Area, hopefully I find and make the deal through Xome Auction, first time buyer US citizen with good credit score, Fair income to pay monthly $3K to 4.5K interest free deal.

Bought my Family Home!
I admit I was a little sceptical at first. Considering the woman I was emailing, was from California. But I found our dream home, 4 bd and was able to get it at the price range I needed. The bidding was simple and straight forward. They coach you thru each step along the way. I will forever remember Xome Auctions . Thankyou !

They should be a real estate company
So this app os supposed to be a foreclosure site, but you always see something like to be determined when it comes to price or they set the auctioning price higher to begin with. It might as well be a real estate company with a real estate listings page because surely these people have paid down this foreclosure enough to where it wouldn’t be as high as it is. Sounds like opportunists to me. some of these houses they only look like hundred thousand dollar houses to me and you mean to tell me that the people that were staying in them didn’t pay it down or almost off. Not everyone gets in a house and doesn’t pay. Its sad for us that’s looking for deals to better our personal lives get railroaded by those with money. The banks are waiting to be house flippers too and this site helps with just that. If you have the money to spend on houses here then you should really try finding the people being foreclosed on before these people have the opportunity to swoop in. Just a thought. I’m so tired of greed aren’t you.also for those bidding out there learn when you’re being pushed to bid higher. If you feel that something is not right; don’t second guess yourself. You’re way smarter than you give yourself credit for and you know when something is not right. Its not illegal for them to have someone bid against you per say if no one knows. This site is rigged with unethical practices and you that hustle know when you see one. Don’t be a simp be a pimp. (Frankie Bricks OUT!) 🎤

Not working properly
The app is a joke, it never wants to work properly. It attempts to block you from bidding, and eventually it says your account has been terminated due to it being unable to recognize you, despite verifying your identification information.
Search function is not working properly
Navigation between homes could be better

This app is amazing. I would recommend it to anyone.
Not quite there...
Portions of the app seem polished while other menus are a glitchy hodgepodge. I was unable to successfully register for an auction from the app.
