Orders complete automatically after 3 days if you do nothing • Need more time? — sellers can request a new delivery date, showing the extra days and the reason. Buyers approve or decline • Cancellations — before work starts, either side can cancel instantly. After it starts, one side asks and the other decides • Disputes — if you still can't agree, open a dispute.
