Simple yet so creative

I’ve found this by chance but I like the developer so gave it a chance. It doesn’t do much to be honest- simple filters and framing. But it makes a huge difference to how I perceive the shot. Amazing. I’d love to be able to record videos with it though.
Update: I think I was mistaken. Please correct me if I’m wrong but it seems that it bypasses all the apple’s processing producing much more natural and pleasing pictures. I’d love if it could take full sensor pictures to enable me to reframe later but anyways- top notch!!!

Support for camera controls on 17?

I saw that there was an update for 16 camera controls but for some reason I can’t get it to work on the 17. Love the app just want to see if there’s something I’m doing wrong.

Camera control button?

This is my go to camera app on my iPhone because of the unique format it provides. To that end I would love it if you could assign the app to the iPhone’s camera button so you can open it quickly.

I Don’t Have the Money for an XPAN…..so

This app is amazing!! I’ve wanted an xpan forever, but they are so damn expensive and if they break, no one nowadays can fix them. This app, while not exactly the same experience as shooting an actual xpan, creates amazing results, and is an absolute joy to use. I also appreciate the film sims and zoom modes. Kudos!!! 5 Stars!!

This is definitely a cool app

I used to do a lot of photography for various media …. And so i usually find camera apps laughable but this one is cool. Its definitely got some range with the wide angle of vision that the standard camera cant do without stitching…. I think this one is keeping it as real as today will let anyone

Panorama

Enhorabuena por el trabajo. Estoy usando la aplicación y tengo que decir que cada vez estoy más enganchado. Me gusta mucho. Por hacer una crítica constructiva decir que sería fantástico poder disponer de parámetros manuales f/ , velocidad e ISO. Por lo demás me encanta

Flash Option

everything is fantastic but it would also be better with flash toggle option in the future updates

ProRAW support needed

Addition of saved as ProRAW option will bring this app to S tier in my humble opinion!! I know ProRAW can’t be saved with crop and adjustment baked in. But that option would be really nice to have since some photos do require post editing but it would still be nice to have the app as a viewfinder to preview the shot.

Funktioniert nicht auf dem iPhone 16e

Funktioniert nicht auf dem iPhone 16e. Startet nicht.

Almost perfekt

A really good camera app that does what it promises.
What i am missing is a setting to disable film sims completly and/or a setting to capture (Apple)Raw would also be highly apprrcisted!

Keep up the good work!

Die Filmsimulationen!

Fast noch besser als das Format gefallen mir die Filmsimulationen. Ich würde mir auch eine App wünschen, die „normales“ Format in diesen Farben hinbekommt.

For those how can’t afford a real XPan

Being primarily a film photographer and would love to own an XPAN but can’t afford it, this is a great simulation and substitute for the real thing. A simple point and shoot. My preferred mode is Daylight since Portra was one of my favorite film stocks. Wish there was a way to turn off the volume buttons from being the shutter button, otherwise great app.

Exceptional!

While I’m by no means a professional photographer, I know my way around film simulations—both through post-editing and as a Fujifilm camera user, as well as an occasional 35mm/120mm shooter. This app continues to enchant with its wonderful simplicity and exceptionally well-calibrated simulations. The core function of creating an XPan aspect ratio crop is especially welcome, saving time and greatly assisting with framing.

Good & getting better

As the TX1 (XPan) is one of my favourite cameras, I really like the idea of having one in my pocket. I used to review photo apps for a living, so this one is great in it’s simplicity & reminds me of simple apps in the early days like camerabag. It has straightforward simple pricing, but needs a few features to really be great. The developer seems responsive & quick to update which is great. I’d like to see them keep tweaking the film sims. Portra is my fave but most films are heavy handed with the blur/mist/halation/soft focus whatever you want to call it, which make them feel a bit like the tacky 1980’s portraits that all looked like the lens was covered with a stocking or Vaseline. Less soft focus please! Lots of new features have been added. New film styles, ability to change lens, exposure compensation, exif, etc etc. I look forward to future versions. Keep up the good work. I really hope lots of people try this app.

Impressive Titles From an Impressive Developer

A commitment to apps and quality should be standardized upon Bram’s creations on iOS. He has patiently demonstrated commitment to his work and products. This should be respected by all. Peace.

Love it

I’m using it for landscape. The film choices work well in different situations. It’s easy to choose options and to go back and forth between them, especially the lenses.

Looks great

Only just downloaded this app, but initial impressions are great and I’m really looking forward to taking some interesting photos with it. I love the simplicity of the app, I have found other photography apps off putting as they try to cram as many features and manual controls as possible to mimic the functions of an SLR/mirrorless camera. But when it comes to iphone photography I prefer the clean simple interface leaving the more advanced controls for when using actual camera.

Not a synth

I came to buy a new synth 🤣 but I love supporting the best Auv3 developer ❤️

A Great App

This has become my standard photo app for me as well, echoed by many here. Would love to see these additional options over time:

- Portrait Mode
- Tap to Focus (and focus/exposure lock)
- Selfie mode (front-facing camera)
- Self timer
- An “HDR” or max-latitude mode to allow us to do post-processing (since RAW is not available)
- A no-filter mode
- Tri-X 400 😍
- Sprocket emulation (see sprocket rocket and other cameras). Could be neat to simulation harsh processing that results in surge marks coming from the sprocket holes, randomized so they’re not always the same.
