Phone battery usage is too much
If leaving this app open in background (as required for the Bluetooth key to function) the app draws huge amounts of power from iPhone battery. Developer should look at reconfiguring the scanning to ensure not constant load on processor + battery

I like the car and most things work well. Except the car door unlocking via your phone is so slow. The car linking with apple play never works and XPENG themselves don’t care about their customers - the customer support stinks, they never answer emails

Huge issues with unlocking the car. The app really needs some major fixes applied but it never happens
Can be problematic!
We usually have decent relationship with the car via the app, but in recent days my app won’t connect seamlessly with the car. Can’t adjust charging or see battery %. I’m the primary driver but it my partners car. He’s having no issues newer iPhone than mine), but when he launches the app, mine suddenly updates in line with his 🤷🏼♀️Disappointing.
