Myself I’m a big fan of Sam & Colby, & I know people are going to complain because they think it’s not free, but you don’t have to pay you just don’t get extra content five stars
I like it..
I really enjoyed it while I could have it, but it kept logging me out and I couldn’t get back in. It would do this multiple times and would really be a pain. I hope that this could get fixed in the future because it was a nice app and it was worth it too me.
I love it but I need help!
I’ve had this app for a few months and I absolutely love it. I’ve been watching Sam and Colby since 2014 and I still keep up with them to this day. But as of a few days ago I haven’t been able to get into the app! I have deleted and re downloaded it and when I try to log in it just keeps showing me a red loading circle that doesn’t stop spinning. I don’t know what to do! I love the app but I can’t use it

Locked out
I re-downloaded the app and logged in and it said I didn’t have a subscription.
Updated my phone and now it won't work
I love the app. Have been using it for a while and had no problems until the last couple of weeks ago. I updated my phone to the newest version and it worked fine for about a week, and then my subscription suddenly expired and I renewed it. A day after the renewal, the app completely stopped loading. I click on the app and it just stays on the logo screen and doesn't go anywhere. I've tried deleting the app and redownloading it and it still doesn't work. I'm so irritated that this happened so suddenly and now can't see anything that I PAID FOR.

Cant log in
Fantastic app only when it works which is half the time. Message says: “PostAuthentication invocation failed due to error Socket timeout while invoking Lambda function.” Makes absolutely no sense very enfuriating since I am typing in my correct login info. I always stay logged into the app but it logged me off somehow.

Good but too pricey
I love sam and Colby’s content but I think the price of the extra content is a little too much. I think a 10$ reduction or even a 5$ reduction would be fine for the normal price.
Trouble updating payment information
i love the app but I’m having trouble updating my payment information. I’ve been trying to since Friday and my membership expired today. Help!!!

xplr club is so amazing like you get exclusive content and there is also amazing giveaway’s and its not that pricey its a good price for what you get on the app. I recommend if you really love sam and colby
Fix logout issues
Unfortunately every month around the time of auto payments, i get logged out and have issues logging back in. Now I’m being charged double for a single account. Please fix.
It’s amazing
I’m not sure why so many people complain it’s not free or about the price, you aren’t required to pay it, you just won’t get the extras if you don’t. It never stated it was free and I think the price is worth it for the extra content plus giveaways, early merch, and etc we get. The videos are good quality and you can hear them as well. Don’t forget if there’s any bugs they will get fixed and there’s little fixes and changes that will happen over time like any other app. So far I love the app and I’m excited to see what all there is to come. Thank you Sam and Colby!! 💜

Love the app
I love the app and i love sam and colby, but i payed for one month and it was amazing, i renewed my subscription and it wouldn’t let me log in, so i restarted the app but now it’s just stuck on the loading screen and not working.
It’s alright
It’s alright for the behind the scenes stuff. For the member exclusive merch not really sure how to get to that, it’s not there so that was a disappointment. I think $20 a month is a bit much, it was a great idea though! But I love Sam and Colby so I guess if you really enjoy their content it’s not all bad.

Having trouble getting in
This app is really good the only problem I’m having with it is I’m stuck on the loading page and I deleted and reinstalled it to sign and when I did all it did was get stuck on the spinning circle idk what to do to get it to stop doing that
Terrible customer service
I have reached out to customer service about not being able to log into my account 3 times. Even reached out through DM on Instagram about this issue to them directly. Absolutely no answer. Haven’t been able to watch any content or log in for a month. Absolutely disappointing.

Love it but a lot of complications
I love this app but there are times where it doesn’t load and then today it said my account expired. Right now the app isn’t loading at all and I tried deleting it and then reinstalling it.
Don’t know if it’s just me
Okay so I love the boys and all and I think the XPLR Club is an amazing idea but first off the quality of the videos are just not good. I was thinking they’d be in HD and not 144 fps. For 20$ you’d think I’d be paying for all of that but not at all from what I’ve seen. Secondly 20$ is too much. Make it like 10-13 and you’ll probably see a lot more since 20 is hard to come by for your demographic. But it’s all love and I have no hate towards you guys. Keep up the good work!

really good but pricey :(
i absolutely love the whole exclusive concept and the bts of certain videos. yk stuff we wouldn’t normally see. it really makes me feel like i know snc on a whole other level. i also love the whole merch codes, giveaways, live streams, and just connecting with snc more in general. the only down side is it’s $20 a month which can be a little much for some people. i get there’s a lot you get with it as i mentioned earlier but i feel like it should be a little less. like maybe $10-$12 ? idk $20 seems like a bit much. BUT i’ve had it since it’s been announced and i’m glad i get to be apart of something so unique <3

Absolutely love it!
Absolutely love this app, only issue was I just had to delete it and reinstall it because it wouldn’t open, it would just freeze on the opening screen. Not sure if it was the app or if it was my phone. But hopefully it doesn’t happen anymore! Love being able to keep up with you guys!
