I got my military disability check you won’t let me spend any of it, I was lied to about my card being locked because I bought FOOD for myself and was questioned like a detective, and they said it will be ready in 10 minutes, I tried to buy something and it was declined. Good bye how you get to be the best bank lol

App needs some modification
Overall, I absolutely love the app. It is very convenient and easy to use my one downside that I hope the developers start to work on is anytime I do a deposit which immediately goes into my account. The app does not always refresh quick enough and show the actual balance from the new deposit and one of the bankers told me it sometimes takes a minute to catch up, I hope that they can fix the refresh rate or the server timing whatever causes the delay and the accuracy other than that Great bank Great app.

Clear & Easy App
I have used this app for years and have NEVER had a single complaint. It’s easy to use, even for those of us who are bad with technology. Best bank and app, truly. I love that I can lock my card if I accidentally leave it at a store or misplace it.

Hard to use Debit Card
Unfortunately, if you’re traveling, the card is always blocked. My son was traveling to England and he was unable to use his debit card there even though we told the bank he was gonna be traveling there. Now he in Spain studying abroad. Same thing. We had a feeling this might still happen so he ended up getting a credit card that’s accepted all of the world, then pay that with his FCB account. Even my personal card gets blocked occasionally If I’m out of the area and trying to use in certain places. Also, there’s no 24 hours system to assist when you need then the most. My work around is to my other bank debit card we still deal with in New Jersey and I never have a problem using their card. Using FCB debit card is such a headache.

Unable to use now
Since I am categorized as poor in America now, I can no longer check what little funds I have in my bank. I cannot afford to keep my phone up to speed as I do not buy each and every new iPhone. I have had an IPhone 8 Plus for many years and have not needed to take a super photo. Everything was fine but apparently my old phone is not capable of spying on certain things that the newest iPhone can do. Wake up people.

Xpress by FCB
Since the last upgrade I have been unable to launch the app every time I’ve tried. It says there is a launch error. Can this be fixed. I have an IPhone 14.
Love FCB Mobile
I have had FCB for almost 40 years, and never had any problems and enjoy the ease of mobile banking and electronic deposit and being able to make my own changes and transfer money without having to worry or call in, I love being able to complete my own transactions.
Can’t use after update
Ever since the newest update 2 weeks ago I’ve been unable to access my account. I log in like normal but it tells me to update my phone to IOS 17 or higher. And I’m on iOS 18. Still can’t use it. Just tells me to update. I NEED TO CHECK MY FUNDS

I love the quick and easy convenience of online banking. Being able to transfer funds by phone saves me many trips to the bank.
Updates
I have had this account for the past over five years and every time I transfer money into it it doesn’t show automatically it’ll show the next day in my account plus they have to do system updates It seems like every week. SMH

Hey, I really like this app.
It’s helpful to keep track of multiple accounts and normally is really fast.
I recently discovered this app does not like any VPNs and responds slower with apple products. Overall I rate it a 4.5 out of 5.
I think this is the best banking app and band in our area.
