the simplicity of this app is great. there are issues though.# 1. if you move move the truck literally 1 inch. rolls in any shape or form it will kick you automatically on duty. support says they cannot change that so if you’re on your 10 hr break, it will screw you up. # 2. if you use the app on your phone when you log yourself off duty, if you take your phone out of the truck with you to do whatever it will automatically log you on duty. by no means can i walk fast enough to be confused with truck movement. if you log off duty. you are off duty, free to move around doing what you like on your time. there is no reason human movement should be automatically considered on duty. #3 not all BOLs are numerical.

New Tech with an antiquated approach
As a carrier, there’s very little info on the loads offered. What’s the rate, who the shipper and receiver is, what the pick up and delivery times are- essential information for carriers to quickly weigh in whether to consider a load or not. Every load has the tab “ CALL” . No one had time for that
