I hate this app
I went to deposit 100 bucks and they said I hit my limit. I am worth over 13m so i figured I could bet what ever but they cut me off of 1500 bucks. Like come on…. This is so ridiculous.

Horrible update
I have been with Xpressbet for many years now and I’ve never had an issue with their mobile platform, but this update is horrendous. Severe delays when selecting horses and placing bets. I never write reviews, but this stupid Update cost me a nice exacta at Gulfstream just now. Why do developers feel the need to change things that don’t need changed. Please fix this ASAP. It is awful.
Update: I must say that I must apologize to the developers. I wonder if when they made the update, they were making it with regards to the most recent update to my iPhone iOS. Now running 18. Three. Two and the app seems to be back to its normal speed. It was soooo frustrating there for about two weeks or so, but the situation seems to have been remedied, and the only change was the recent software update to my Apple iOS. Sorry for the poor rating previously. It’s back to full functionality which, in my experience over the past several years, has been five star.

Could be the best if…
I think this would be the best horse racing app if/when they get immediate withdrawal. Would love a faster live tv feed as well.
Derby Day Issues
App won’t log in. Issue began around the 6th race of the day. Not a great look for XpressBet.
Let down!!
Trying to make bets for the Derby and app won’t open after adding money…. Wow! Very disappointed……
Aggravating app
When I first started using Xpressbet, it worked fine. I’m a casual better and sometimes don’t bet for weeks at a time due to inactivity. My phones were seized. This has happened twice and twice. I have not got my money back. I am a busy person and don’t have time to sit on hold trying to contact customer service to argue about my money that was stolen. The second one was almost $75 today today I cannot even login To bet on the derby. I recommend you save the aggravation and use a different app and as for Xpressbet I hope you choke on my money

What’s happening
The issues lately for me have been 1) go to track wager with video place bet then video issue and it freezes 2) back to track list but it’s not track list it’s replays only but I can’t go anywhere else. Try to do wager pad, customer service, any other page and can only see and get replay page.
App is freezing all the time now - did something change?
I the app has been great BUT in the last week it’s now feeezing up (hangs up, white screen, etc) all the time. I’ve been hold with customer support for almost a half an hour too. Help!

I created an account, funded it via PayPal, got logged out, the app wouldn’t accept my password, I tried to create a new password, I met all of the criteria of a forming a new password, and it keeps saying that my newly formed password is invalid.... so, they took my money as soon as they could, and then denied me access to my account as soon as they could... real nice

User Friendly Xpressbet!
The mobile Xpressbet app allows me to enjoy horse race betting on the run with most of the features on my home computer. Moreover, they have designed a very user-friendly platform to allow quick deposits and withdrawals from my account. The video feature is amazing, allowing the viewer to see races just like at home. I love this app!

One of the main races of the year and app won’t open
I’ve always had problems with this app logging me out- but now it won’t even open! I log in and it takes me back to the log in never ending. IF I can get in I may bet small on Derby then I’m pulling my money out.
Upped it 2 stars I finally got in. After clearing phone cache. I’ll see if it lets me stay logged in, if so you’ll see more stars 😁
And yet later- changed back to a 5 .. seems to be right on now (Preakness 2020) so far looks like bugs are fixed and so far seamless.

Fantastic App!
I’ve used all the wagering apps out there and this is by far the best! 1/ST BET is a close second. It’s really great how easy it is to place bets, watch video, and withdrawal my money after I win big!
SERVICE
In dealing with Xpress bet, I have found that they have been honorable and safe. However, I wish that any withdrawals can arrive quicker than 10 days.
