โYour Purchase Could Not Be Completed. For assistance, contact iTunes Support at www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww/.โ
This happens every time โ even on stable Wi-Fi and cellular.
Device: iPhone 13
iOS: 18.7.1 (latest)
App Version: [Check App Store โ Xpression โ Version History โ e.g., 8.2.1]
Steps Iโve tried (none worked):
- Force-quit & reopened app
- Signed out/in of Apple ID
- Restarted iPhone
- Cleared App Store cache (Settings โ App Store โ Sign Out โ Sign In)
- Tried both 1-Year ($79.99) and Lifetime ($249.99)
- No restrictions in Screen Time or payment methods
The free version works, but **I cannot upgrade** โ this is a **payment processing bug**, not my account.
