作った動画の保存ができません。
しばらくぶりに使ってみたら、、以前はあったグーグルドライブにシェアするアイコンが消えていました。（「More」のアイコンを押しても反応しません。）画像はSNSに公開するしか、保存ができない状態です。本日（2026年6月13日）修正をお願いするメールを出しました。プレミアム1年で12000円お支払いしていますが、SNSで公開したくないので、何も出来ません。

It doesn’t deserve up to one star from me, the face and everything is just blurred, I don’t know why you all had to update this app knowing you will turn it into a perfect trash, so upset for wasting 80$ on this thing.

ERROR SUBSCRIPTION
I’ve been trying to upgrade to Premium (1 Year or Lifetime) but keep getting:
“Your Purchase Could Not Be Completed. For assistance, contact iTunes Support at www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww/.”
This happens every time — even on stable Wi-Fi and cellular.
Device: iPhone 13
iOS: 18.7.1 (latest)
App Version: [Check App Store → Xpression → Version History → e.g., 8.2.1]
Steps I’ve tried (none worked):
- Force-quit & reopened app
- Signed out/in of Apple ID
- Restarted iPhone
- Cleared App Store cache (Settings → App Store → Sign Out → Sign In)
- Tried both 1-Year ($79.99) and Lifetime ($249.99)
- No restrictions in Screen Time or payment methods
The free version works, but **I cannot upgrade** — this is a **payment processing bug**, not my account.

Honestly Am disappointed in this new version you can even use it to do anything even when you pay for it. Pls can you take us back to the old version

THIS LATEST UPDATE OF THIS APP IS A COMPLETE DISASTER !!!
The previous version of this app was fantastic, but the new updated version is absolutely terrible. I can’t understand why the developer would take something great and completely ruin it. Had I known this update would be such a disaster, I never would have subscribed. If the app isn’t reverted to its original version, it’s only a matter of time before it fails completely.

Do not download, waste of time
This app USED TO be cool. It also used to be free. But now you have to pay and all it does is rip you off.
There’s no way to contact support in the app either.
Paying only unlocks 2 ai avatars, then it deletes your credits. And you can. No longer use videos from your camera roll like you could with the original.
I just wasted $8 and got nothing for it. Learn from my mistake.

First of all I paid $7.99 for the week. Then I had to pay an extra $3.99 for one avitar. Fine.
I pay and it says that it’ll take 9 minutes to download. Ok.
I come back 20 minutes later and it is still downloading.
I look in My Avitar and nothing.
I log out and come back to it, hoping to see my Avitar, but nothing.
When I try again, they want me to pay another $3.99.
Why do I feel like I’m being scammed?
