Worst app
This is one of worst app! Communication breaks with AR2 and servers. Buggy interface with disappearing UI elements. Android-style application interface on iPhone. This is complete disrespect to your clients!
No any free without subscription
Without a subscription, free versions of many languages are not available. All you need is money.

Does not work anymore unless you pay
I have her using this app for a long time now and one day it stopped working. I try to log in and it just spins. So I emailed support and got a response that they emailed us back in November (it is now March) that there would be subscriptions coming. I vaguely remember that but my issue is that they decided in March before the free iPhone version is available to release this and not even give their users a heads up. I was informed I could pay for a subscription or wait for the free version to come out. I’m actually kind of shocked they would do this to their users who may depend on this app.

We understand your frustration and really appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. After over two years of offering the app for free, we had to introduce subscriptions to keep up with the cost of delivering accurate live transcription. We did send advance notice in November, but we’re sorry if it wasn’t clear or felt sudden. We’ll aim to do better in communicating changes going forward.
