App keeps closing
This app doesn’t work. Once you connect it and you go to settings or try to do anything. The app closes automatically

My scooter was working perfectly fine I had to leave it for a while I locked it up through this app now it’s not letting me turn it on or connect to the blue tooth. It’s just dead.
Crashes
Fix this stupid app it just crashes everytime I press a button to do something. I just wanna turn off cruise control and it won’t do it. So stupid.

App and scooter both trash
Rode the scooter for a week now all I get is a maintenance light and a broken scooter.
Works Great!
I’ve had my Electric Scooter (and this app) for 2 weeks. I have had no problems with this app. It connects quickly when I open this app. I use it all the time to check the percentage for my scooter. The rest of the app is pretty pointless. I have been told not to lock the scooter. I have tried to lock it at home and it worked perfectly fine. For my experience, I have had a great time with this app!

same issue as everyone else
I rode it to the store on my way to school and locked it and now the scooter wont show up on the app so i cant unlock it. I also got one before this and locked that scooter but somehow it got stolen and my friend and i saw the person riding it.
Not a good working app
This app crashes immediately, I can’t press anything or else it will crash , DONT LOCK Your scooter or you’ll be locked out , my scooter isn’t appearing on my Bluetooth on my phone
Started crashing after v1.1.1
Everything was working fine, but with the updates in v1.1.1 the app is crashing as soon as anything is pressed and I am completely locked out of my scooter!
Can’t unlock
I went to the park and I locked my scooter because I don’t want anybody steal it and now I can’t unlock it if anyone’s having this problem.
No idea how to set user password
Seems okay app works fine but nowhere to set a password as told on Amazon
Locking problems
I’m having the same issue now I locked it and I can’t get in with the Bluetooth to unlock it. Anybody know a better Scooter better app
Bug
Whenever I try to click on things in the app it takes me out of the app and I tried over and over still not working even tried reinstalling it multiple times and still doesn’t work how can I fix this ?
Always crash
It is the worst software I have ever used. It will definitely crash when I push any bottom! I lock my scooter but can’t unlock! Nobody answered my questions.
Doesn’t work
Tried using in 3 different scooters. It will connect via Bluetooth but when any button is pushed the app closes. Junk.
