APP forces you to buy cloud storage

You can install your SD card and it will only work for a little while then it says SD card not installed this is the trick they play so you have to buy their cloud storage… Not good

Bad design

I bought one of the outdoor camera and i like it, but had to send it back because of the crappy app that it forces you to buy the cloud storage even if you have the sd card, and it make it so complicated to browse alarm history.
