A mandatory minimum transfer of $30 for moving funds between wallets is not only unreasonable, it’s misleading—especially for something presented as a non-custodial wallet. In a true crypto wallet, users should have full control over their assets, and transfers should only be limited by network fees, not arbitrary platform restrictions.

This kind of limitation creates a frustrating experience and can trap smaller balances, forcing users to deposit more just to access their own funds. That’s not user-friendly—it’s restrictive and unfair.

Transparency is also lacking. This limitation is not clearly communicated upfront, which can easily mislead users.

I strongly recommend caution before using this app, especially for anyone expecting full control over their funds.
