Thankfully I have had no issues with the app. Is super easy to use, I been able to change the wallpaper the font. Add book, Folders. I love my little device I have the x3

File Transfer Error
If you link with an Apple account the app bugs out and you can’t transfer files. Just reinstall the app and make an account normally to fix. Love my x4, also some errors are still in Chinese.

Going around in circles. Won’t connect. Slow. Bad ui.
A little bit old fashioned.
Totally adequate for the purpose of loading books on my ereader, but the app is old fashioned, reminiscent of the early internet; it’s a little slow, a little unintuitive, a bit plain. I find it refreshing; I hope they don’t end up turning it into facebook. Not all apps need to look and work the same. I’d like to be able to review and select my reading font from the app, since the reader itself is a little slow and doesn’t render a preview of the fonts; my phone would be better for that.

Just got charged $35
No where does it say how much you are being charged for this app. Welp, it’s $35 and the app doesn’t work.
Terrible app, won’t be buying a device til it’s fixed
Downloaded the app to see what the architecture looked like before I bought the actual device because I didn’t want to buy an X3 and not be able to use it. Boy am I glad I tried the app first, not only will it not let me create an account it won’t even send the code required to do initial account setup. Once the app is functional I’ll consider actually buying one of there readers.

Sign-up email doesn’t work
Can’t make an account because it never sends the email with a code.

Does not track reading hours. Transfers very slow if at all. Mostly it gets hung up sending long books.
Just doesn’t work
The app literally won’t bind. It scans it then disappears and makes you keep scanning it over and over and does nothing. Super cool.

Doesn’t work at all
When you try to log in or make an account it requires you to confirm through a verification on but won’t send it cause it’ll just say “wrong format” manage to get it to work once and very, then try using the qr code but scanning and pairing would just throw me back into the same menu, tried logging off and logging back in to see if it works but now when I put my credentials in it’ll again say “wrong format” and nothing else to do

Can't connect device to app
Every time I try to connect the X4 to the app it tell me the device is not available in this region. Very useless.
Force close 26.3
First launch I can get to the registration page then it closes and immediately force closes each time.
