Worst customer service ever
I was a 1-year member and was not aware that they activate recurring payments automatically. On day one of second year, I immediately cancelled and asked for refund. No compromise. I didn’t even use it the whole year and now they force me another year to pay. Ridiculous. They just want your money. Customer satisfaction is unknown to them

Not safe at all
This company is not safe all, when they see make profit. They try to let you trade with at least 1 lot and then they make trade with at least 5 lots. I lot over 30k. This company is completely rubbish and theives…stay away of Xtrade.
Absolute nightmare
Cant withdraw without printing? Get out of the dark ages, if you can take money online give it back the same way. Very sleazy
Be ready for spam
They will NEVER stop calling you and sending email. Even after years of you closing your account with them. Even after you unsubscribe from their list. Even after you beg for them to stop. And even after you report them to ACMA. Download it and be ready for a lifetime invasive relationship.

No recommend to download, it has full of bugs and glitches. By every single click an ads will popup you can’t get rid of them

I recently downloaded this app and then decided not to use it. The company sells your information to other companies allowing the other companies to call you all the time. Even after telling the companies to remove you from their call list you will be spammed with calls. Especially a company called capital.
Make sure you read the fine print before agreeing to anything from x trade.

They will call you talk nicely to you and teach you how to deposit.. once you done with that.. they gone.. and the withdraw process is a pain the *** .. till now i cant withdraw my money.. they let you deposit without verifying your account but you cannot withdraw your money if you not verify your account.. pure bs 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
