Do not recommend
Most of the time buttons did not work! And sometimes they did except the power button. It never worked so when i lost my remote there was no way of turning on my tv
Consistently painful to use.
The app consistently stops working every other time I try to use it, just now I tried to change volume and it tells me that an error occurs & to try again later. I usually have to restart the tv manually for it to work again & connect, this time it didn’t work so I deleted & reinstalled the app, It made me input a pair code & told me “This tv is already paired”. You would think the device would show up in Manage Devices.. right? because so would I. But no, it doesn’t show show up as a connected device, not any of the 6 times I’ve tried. It just reminds me the TV is already paired while still telling me to connect a new device. This is genuinely one of the most bugged out apps I’ve ever used.

“Pairing Code” does not work
App doesn’t work at all. “This device has already been paired” when there’s not any devices in the Paired Devices list.
Worse app ever
You guy also need get better remote control because if they fall to the ground the fall in prices this app work then the next day just stop and I was not allowed and I can’t find any other app

bro as soon you download it it works like any other remote app until you have it for a few days THEN IT GETS BAD IT SAYS “ sorry please try again” I DID FOR HOURS AND NOTHING WORKED PLS DONT get this app!!!

do not DOWNLOAD!! it literally says it is paired to my tv but keep saying sorry that didn’t work. Something went wrong ! it keeps happening alot so im deleting the app .

No. No it’s not. I hate this tv, and I am more tempted than my own kids to smash this thing. I genuinely hope they do most days, so I’d have an excuse to replace it. Will NEVER buy this product again. I don’t think I’ve ever had a more useless television in my life.

Device won’t pair
This app is quite literally the worst. You go to connect and it says “please pair device” and then once you type in the 8 digit code, it’ll say “device already paired.” Annnnd then not let you do anything. The buggiest app to exist, along with the worst tv interface. 0/10 will never be buying a xumo tv again!!!!!

Keeps telling me my tv is already paired when it’s not. support tells me I need a remote to fix the app.. so you mean too tell me that I need the physical remote too fix an app meant for when you don’t have a damn remote.. plus why would you need a physical remote in order too fix an app… what’s the point of a support team when they can do anything if you don’t have a REMOTE!!!

WORST APP EVER!! DONT GET THIS!!
I downloaded this app months ago due to me breaking my remote and it worked fine. My internet was messing up so I couldn’t watch tv for a bit but then the remote itself soon stopped working,I had deleted it,went to repair,and it says it’s already paired . So it won’t repair whatsoever . Now shortly after I downloaded it I also noticed how it would say “sorry that didn’t work try again” and that should’ve been my first sign to get a new tv remote but no I didn’t unfortunately. This app is a complete JOKE! I’m not sure how or why this is still an app but it needs to be removed. Don’t download this eventually it will stop working.

Less than one star, but of course we can’t give a zero. Won’t pair, never has. Totally useless app, can’t use my Xumo stream box because it detects neither of the two boxes we have. Garbage that should be taken off the App Store

When I tried this app, everything went out fine until my Internet was high so we had to reconnect it and then when I try to connect It wasn’t working. I do not recommend this app, but I’m gonna continue. When I deleted it multiple times it didn’t work and I tried to reconnect it and it says device already pair it still wasn’t working. I do not recommend this.
