Very Glitchy and Frustrating App
This is the worst app I think I have ever used…It is so glitchy.
Whenever you try to go into any part of the app it just sits on a blank screen with the circles moving like it is trying to load, it doesn’t matter if you close the app down and go back into it the same thing happens.
For an app that is used as a way of communication from school to parents it is terrible and so damn frustrating.
You aren’t able to quickly check on a message from a teacher or check details on an excursion as it’s just so slow or doesn’t load.
Very disappointed that my children’s school uses this app.

Difficult to use
The app is effective, but would be much more useful with some usability tweaks.
Specifically, there is no way to go from event detail directly back to the list of events, so yer need to go back to the dashboard and start again.
PDF and other docs (eg reports) are shown too small to be readable, and app doesn’t seem to allow a pivot to landscape mode.
On the positives, the relevant info is there and accurate, so thumbs up for that.

Notifications error
Unable to delete notifications and even after reading them, they do not get marked off as read. This has been ongoing and become worse after the last update. Please fix it.
