Difficult to use
The app is effective, but would be much more useful with some usability tweaks.
Specifically, there is no way to go from event detail directly back to the list of events, so yer need to go back to the dashboard and start again.
PDF and other docs (eg reports) are shown too small to be readable, and app doesn’t seem to allow a pivot to landscape mode.
On the positives, the relevant info is there and accurate, so thumbs up for that.

Notifications error
Unable to delete notifications and even after reading them, they do not get marked off as read. This has been ongoing and become worse after the last update. Please fix it.

App alternates between freezing or forever loading and nothing happens. Horrible considering parents rely on this for school communications.
too many bugs
This app is rubbish. It’s good for getting information from the school, but you can’t delete any notifications. It constantly says error and try again. Deleting and re-installing didn’t help. Once you’ve read a notification and closed the app the icon still says it’s there. So frustrating, and slow!!

XUNO the easy way to stay in touch
I love that we are able to have XUNO at our school. It is an effective and efficient way to communicate and be in touch with the school.
Most unreliable communication app ever!
This is the worst platform ever. I hate that my son’s school is subscribed and paying for this garbage! Only works half the time and that’s when you open, close, open again, wiggle your nose and squint while standing on one foot!

Unpredictable and glitchy
Developers need to work on improving this app. It is slow to load, often loads once and when you click on something else, takes forever to load or doesn’t load at all… sometimes asks to login again although already logged in for that session. Just lots of little bugs that need looking at….
Confusion with notifications
It’s very difficult to navigate within the app and the notifications count is so misleading, not precise some cases and not pointing the correct notification item.

Normally I love Xuno because it just works.
However a recent update means the app is frequently asking for login details - which means it isn’t just working.

This app is so slow to use. Takes forever to load anything so I lose interest. Hard to navigate, as logical information is not grouped together. Never know if/when there is information in the app I actually need to look at as notifications are not sent. Only if the school send me an email to let me know there’s something I need to do in there do I go in and persevere trying to load pages to try and find it. 👎

This app is so frustrating to use on an IPhone. It logs me out every single time I use it so I have to login manually each and every time I open it. Which is several times a day sometimes. Also, quite often, once logged in, I get the circle of death. For example I may have a message to read or respond to. so I click on messages and just get the circle of death ! So annoying 😤

Unable to go back from a page
It’s a great app, but it’s a little annoying to start from the beginning when you want to go back and see the list of things. Specifically when you are trying to make a payment.
SLOW !
The idea is great but it just dosnt work for me, app is updated, new iPhone, full internet and it won’t load anything. Would be quicker to send messages in the post, sort it out ! It’s actually not good enough. It hasn’t work properly for over a year now.
