This flash drive doesn’t work
What happened before its working good but now i can never use it anymore coz doesn’t work….can you update your apps or fix it thank you!

I’m devastated.i trusted this to move photos from my iPhone to a hard drive. Now when I try to contact support a totally different app comes up.

Doesn’t work anymore
App just starts up and gives a blank screen. Lucky the flash drive still works so I can manually backup my phone.
Doesn’t work on iOS 26.5.2
I see this app was last updated by its author five years ago…!!! I have an iPhone 16 running iOS 26.5.2 and I downloaded it because I’d just bought a USB thumb drive for the phone, and they tell you that you need to use Y-Disk to access the USB drive. It doesn’t work, the program opens and immediately shuts down again, whether I’ve connected the drive or not. I restarted my phone as well, no difference. I don’t hold out much hope for the software to be brought into the 21st century if they abandoned it in 2021…

Почему приложение вылетает ? На iOS 26 не могу открыть приложение , заходит и вылетает , перезагружал , удалял и всё равно одно и то же , что делать? Как флешку смотреть?

The app does not recognize the usb dongle anymore. Pc still does.

This storage unit hasn't worked well since the first time I used it. Each time since it forces shutdown. It's forcing me to move on to a better more accessible unit
