Try to open the app it just open and close immediately, uninstall and reinstall same thing,
Poor Ratings for a Reason!
There’s a reason this app has a 1.9 star rating and that’s because it’s TRASH. I was able to transfer photos from my iPhone to the flash drive once or twice when I first purchased it. Now a few years later, I can’t transfer photos OR access the photos I already transferred because the app crashes immediately every single time you open it. TRASH!

App not working
Please update the app to latest IOS. It stopped working. Removed and reinstalled, rebooted nothing works. It was probably 4 star before but now it does not work so have to go to 1 as we don’t have zero star. Once it works I can change my rating

This flash drive doesn’t work
What happened before its working good but now i can never use it anymore coz doesn’t work….can you update your apps or fix it thank you!

Doesn’t work anymore
App just starts up and gives a blank screen. Lucky the flash drive still works so I can manually backup my phone.
Doesn’t work on iOS 26.5.2
I see this app was last updated by its author five years ago…!!! I have an iPhone 16 running iOS 26.5.2 and I downloaded it because I’d just bought a USB thumb drive for the phone, and they tell you that you need to use Y-Disk to access the USB drive. It doesn’t work, the program opens and immediately shuts down again, whether I’ve connected the drive or not. I restarted my phone as well, no difference. I don’t hold out much hope for the software to be brought into the 21st century if they abandoned it in 2021…
