When I first downloaded this app is was great. Now it just keeps crashing. Now I can’t backup my phone. The flash drive on the app are useless.

App not working.

App doesn’t work. It closes immediately once we open it.

Total Waste

Phone doesn’t communicate with drive. App closes almost immediately. Can’t save anything to disk. Instructions useless: little square booklet with font size big maybe 6, making it impossible to read. Waste of money. Now I’m worried the drive just put some kind of spyware or hacking app on my fone. This drive and this app both suck.
