Repeated Crashes
I have been using this device for months with nothing but compliments until recently. Just like the other recent reviews, the app keeps crashing and I have to reconnect the device just to crash again. I am using IOS and a Samsung device and both are crashing but my beebird has never had an issue except needing to clean the lens. Please fix this or I will have no alternative but will have to replace with a beebird. BTW I will also be updating my review for the product online.

Was good, now not
I was using this device for a couple of years and it worked fine. The latest update ruined that. Now it wonโt stay connected and the light goes black. Please fix this and I will change my review score.
No longer working
App no longer connects. Sucks because I really like using this app/product. Useless now
disappointing
iโve been using this device for years and never had issues but recently the device keeps disconnecting and i have to reconnect it over and over. i even ordered a new device thinking it was the problem but i think it may be the app.
