Repeated Crashes
I have been using this device for months with nothing but compliments until recently. Just like the other recent reviews, the app keeps crashing and I have to reconnect the device just to crash again. I am using IOS and a Samsung device and both are crashing but my beebird has never had an issue except needing to clean the lens. Please fix this or I will have no alternative but will have to replace with a beebird. BTW I will also be updating my review for the product online.

Was good, now not
I was using this device for a couple of years and it worked fine. The latest update ruined that. Now it won’t stay connected and the light goes black. Please fix this and I will change my review score.

App no longer connects. Sucks because I really like using this app/product. Useless now
disappointing
i’ve been using this device for years and never had issues but recently the device keeps disconnecting and i have to reconnect it over and over. i even ordered a new device thinking it was the problem but i think it may be the app.
Recent update made it stop working.
Can no longer connect to the device with my phone. I’ve been using this forever. This sucks.
Latest update is garbage
I’ve been using the UDU camera for years with zero complaints. Suddenly after the app redesign I can’t keep my camera connected. It’s constantly turning off and wanting to start up again. Also, the light just goes dark. It turns back on after a restart but then everything starts over again. Very frustrating. The plus side of the redesign is showing battery percentage left. Before it was just a guessing game.

Last update broke the app
When I first got the device, and loaded the app, it was easy to connect. I haven’t had a problem with it… Ever. That is until the last app update (4.0). The device flashes like the connection is successful, but the app screen never gets past connect screen.
Tried forgetting the network and resetting and deleting/re-installing the app.
It’s a shame because the device itself is great.

Last update broke the app
When I first got the device, and loaded the app, it was easy to connect. I haven’t had a problem with it… Ever. That isn’t into the last app update. The device flashes like the connection is made, but the app screen never gets past connect.
Stopped working
Worked amazing for a few months then suddenly out of nowhere it won’t show the preview page even though the device is connected to the WiFi

I have been trying to get this tool to connect to my iPhone 13 it still won’t connect I’ve tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it and it’s still not connecting it’s garbage wish I would have never wasted my money on it

Turn off private WiFi and turn on/off WiFi a few times. Sometimes works with vpn

Device is clearly connected via WiFi and ran through all the suggestions on the app for troubleshooting to no avail.
don’t waste your time or money
Can’t even get this stupid thing to connect to the app rendering the device useless as I intended to use it specifically for the camera. I’ll be returning it. Highly disappointed.
