Terrible
Unable to log into app, says I don’t have the app downloaded. Emailed and messaged Y NOT and ignored despite several attempts. Loved it last year but service this year is terrible. Won’t be going again
Not working!!!
Refusing to load! Sends me the email every time I enter my email but then just gives me a message saying unable to load the page try later. This has been the issue for the past few days. No option to click for help so I’m stuck!!!

An excellent event, the headline acts all delivering with The Prodigy showing why they are a globally recognised band. The festival organisers have definitely upped their game with top notch toilets and showers plus really helpful staff. See you next year
Poor without a data connection
Works okay normally, but many functions require an internet connection and there wasn’t any mobile data on site during the festival, making the app near useless.
Doesn’t work on iPhones
Downloaded it fine and launched the app. Filled in my email and first name and said yes to T&Cs, but it wouldn’t scroll to confirm so I could only close that screen and try submit which sent me back to the same sign up that didn’t work. Please fix this for iPhones. Mines a 13.
Adds to the experience
This app was great it really added to the festival experience. The bios for each band allowed me to explore new bands who I may have ignored. In the past you would have to buy a program to get this info and I would often not get time to read program fully. This app allows quick and easy exploring of bands.
Only negative is the app asks to track you and I don’t understand why this is. I feels like to adds a drain on battery which is not needed when your camping with no charger
