Unable to book; Pathetic experience

I was in Diu and tried to book a cycle but couldn't do that. It kept on showing an error. Even used the help desk in the app to tell them that but never got a revert. Had paid the initial rs 100 but couldn't use thay, nor am I able to get a refund.
