Delay in processing payment
It took so long to process the deposit amount that we had to leave without taking the cycle despite paying. It is very disappointing
The app is trying to scam you
They will say we will refund your deposit money but the app doesn’t have the option refund. They don’t even receive the call
Unable to book; Pathetic experience
I was in Diu and tried to book a cycle but couldn't do that. It kept on showing an error. Even used the help desk in the app to tell them that but never got a revert. Had paid the initial rs 100 but couldn't use thay, nor am I able to get a refund.
So expensive
I had drove almost for 20 mins and now it is showing a balance of minus 870 rupees
Unlocking issue
Here we are facing Bluetooth unlocking issues in Panchkula, Haryana.
Further, lots of cycles are under maintenance and is not being maintained by the staff.

It’s an great idea towards nature and our health also the cycle is amazing everything is nice except the basket the above basket is small that when I keep my phone in it, it falls down even from a small jerk they need to improve that basket it should be a little more deep and big

Not able to enter the referral code in IOS version. Plus the app is getting stuck while Unlocking.. there is no tracking feature once u r riding. and no time is being displayed regarding the ride time or time left. Overall the cycle is good and looks durable. Lets see how the city responds.
