What a great a great app, runs smooth and quick and keeps me up to date with what’s going on in the day definitely recommend for when you go on your trip!
Yacht Week in Croatia
10/10 the best yacht week for me this far.
Glitchy
Can’t view the crews or log in with my normal email. I had to make a second profile.
Can’t join??
“Join the event with the email you used to book your trip” —> “No user found with that email”
Apparently I can’t use the app because I’m not the one who purchased our boat for 12 people… so out of our group only one can use the app???

The app won’t even let me log in, it keeps telling me I have entered the wrong password, despite using the same password to log in on the website! Utterly useless!
Year 2+ of Same Errors
1) Year 2 of having trouble signing into your app.
Last year I was able to reset my password, delete the app, then sign-in. Worked again just now. If I don’t reset my password first. Then delete app and redownload, it won’t let me sign-in even if I reset password.
2) Also, signing-in, the email field is case-sensitive. Never seen that before for emails because emails aren’t case sensitive. Might want to add a note that it’s case sensitive or fix it so that it’s not (probably best path).
3) Instagram account linking: doesn’t work for 3 years in a row for me. I reported this same error code last year and still getting it now.

Great app
Easy to use app and great for connecting not only with the rest of the people on our yacht but also with the people who are on the rest of the yachts in the same fleet.
App screen size
Hi. App seems good so far but the screen size could be abit smaller. It doesn’t fit completely on my screen and is too big so the buttons are hard to click. Thank you

Latest update made the app break. Nothing opens anymore and it’s just spinning saying please wait. Please undo the last upgrade. I need to access for my upcoming trip!

Too many bugs
Needs updating. When I type the keyboard blocks the space so I can’t see what I’m typing.
Can’t log in
I first logged into my Day8 app via fb years ago. I don’t have access to my fb email anymore. Tried to create a new account but the app recognizes me and doesn’t let me create a new account and keeps asking me to log in via my old email via fb. Stuck in a loop.

This was my first trip abroad and I enjoyed every minute of it. Both Jake and Judith showed complete hospitality while at sea.Breakfast lunch and dinner was always hot, ready and full of vibrant colors. I couldn’t have asked for a better crew. Can’t join event
Try to join my event and it sits on an endless loop of starting the best week of my life and the home screen and keeps flashing between the two. It’s been going for 2 hours.
Thank god for this app!
This was a lifesaver for activity and restaurant recommendations, as well as event start times etc. - I got a push notification straight to my phone so I was always up to speed with what’s happening. Don’t go on TYW without!
Always returns to “login with Facebook” screen
Used the Facebook App to try and start this. Still on some broken loop. Try to login using FB, go through the process of logging into Facebook app, then it still returns to the same “login with Facebook” screen over & over & over. I’m obviously not the only one. Has anyone even tested this?!?
