The app works greatly and the van service is amazing too. The drives, the buses etc.
Extremely buggy after redesign
Used to be a good app, but since the redesign months ago, it’s a buggy mess. It’s so frustrating to use the app!
ETAs when booking are no longer accurate and consistent. For example, it’ll say “In 4 minutes” on the booking page but then after I book it’ll change to 20 minutes. Thus I no longer know exactly how much time I have, which has led to me canceling vans (which I don’t like to do since I know it’s inconvenient but I have no choice).
The map is glitchier and takes longer for it to update. The UI also flickers like crazy sometimes.
Scheduling rides is such a good idea, but the feature doesn’t seem to work at all despite trying several times. It just books a ride for that moment instead of letting me pick a date and time.
I love the evening van service, but please fix these issues or bring back the old app. I’ve used the app for over a year and I’ve never had so many issues.

I just waited a half hour for a shuttle that would probably never come. BUT I did watch it circle around Cambridge AND Allston, so that was fun.
