It’s a good resource for seeing what’s out there. I found my current boat here. I am tired of having to sign in repeatedly though. Searches don’t work very well on my iPhone either. The sign is my biggest complaint.

It used to be great. Whoever your software developers are, you need to fire them.
Great IOS app one bug
The visual design and UI is specifically tailored for mobile from the ground up, and it shines. One issue is that different scroll speeds in “saved listings” can prevent the user from being able to scroll to the bottom.
Useless company
Horrible app. Can not sort by proper makes models etc. There are way too many options. They are a wast. Galati new website is where it’s at now for boat listings!

Too stupid to match geography or have an accurate count. Has always sucked. All the positive reviews have to be plants.
Only 5 manufacturers searches per.???

Crashes
Unfortunately this app has been going downhill for me lately. When I do a search, it often shows the same listings, multiple times in the results. So irritating! The app often completely crashes and shuts down randomly for no reason. Sucks.
Bugged Filters
The location filter is bugged. It always reverts to 200 miles returning 0 results. No matter how many times I reset the filter it reverts to 200. I guess I’m limited to the website only for now.
It just keeps getting worse
The app just doesn’t work. Delete it and use the web page.
Dream a little dream
I found my current boat on yacht world 8 years ago. It’s a great resource. It doesn’t work very well on my iPhone but that doesn’t stop me from spending time looking what’s on the market. My favorite waste of time.
Glitches never fixed
After saving yachts your interested in it will only show 10 or so and cannot scroll to see the rest. Sent email to website and never responded or bothered to fix
No landscape view
Why did you dump landscape view with this version of the app? Don’t you know there are millions of iPad users out here? Real head-scratcher……I don’t use this app any more-it’s a shame.
I tried to search and it doesn’t work
I tried to search boats that were obviously in the range and when I start typing the brand or the model, nothing comes up. I didn’t expand to the entire country where there should be at least hundreds of them yet there is nothing.
Constant Location Prompts Ruin the Experience
Every time I try to search for a boat on the YachtWorld app, it immediately asks to access my location. Declining once should be enough, but no — it keeps asking again and again, especially anytime I adjust search filters. I shouldn’t have to share my location just to browse listings.
This kind of persistence crosses the line from annoying to invasive. It feels like the app values my location data more than my user experience. I just want to search for boats, not fight off privacy prompts every 30 seconds. Until they fix this, I’ll be using the website instead.

Critical feature problem
When I search for a keyword, nothing happens. Like it’s frozen or something. I can’t just search for a word in the title of a listing I found on the website at a desktop. No search function seems to work. I can’t browse and use the filters to narrow things down but searching is broken. On iPhone 16 Pro.

Refuses to keep distance setting
It’s a constant battle to reset the distance from my location. It resets itself to 200 miles and needs manually sliding every search. We live inland right now so that’s both annoying and useless
Edit: new update doesn’t work at all!
Edit: New release is telling me there isn’t a single boat for sale in the world, I guess that’s one way of fixing the broken search function!
Still buggy!
App is vastly inferior to website. Search criteria can be entered equally well, but when scrolling through the results, the app suddenly goes blank for the latter half of those results and it becomes unusable. This happens on both IOS and Android and at different Wi-Fi/cell locations.
For what I’ve heard brokers have to pay for this service, the app should be flawless!!

Does not rotate on iPad
At this age, the app that is not able to detect the hardware it is running on to properly render is destined for failure.
