App needs improvements
Takes too many times to connect. I reset my internet connection, deleted the app and reinstalled it, restarted my IPhone 16 & still hard to connect. Not happy about this. I like the camera itself but everything else just to get it setup is very frustrating! Ask around before buying this product
Don’t work don’t waste your money
Every time I use it it’s great. But it takes forever to connect. Plus if someone calls or you pay music it stops the video. You can’t pay music and have the camera up at the same time.
Poor App Reliability Makes the Dash Cam Hard to Use
The camera itself records decent video quality, but the app is extremely unreliable.
Connecting to the camera through Wi-Fi usually takes multiple attempts (sometimes 6–7 tries before it finally connects). Once connected, trying to view videos stored on the SD card often causes the app to crash, forcing you to start the entire connection process all over again.
A major problem is that the dash cam does not reliably maintain the correct date and time. Every time the vehicle is turned off, the camera may reset its clock. The only way to correct it is by connecting to the app, but because the connection is so unstable, the recorded timestamps can end up being completely wrong.
For a dash cam, accurate date and time information is critical in the event of an accident or insurance claim. Unfortunately, the poor app performance makes this feature unreliable.
The camera hardware is acceptable, but the app experience is frustrating enough that I cannot recommend it.

Connection Issues
The app does not want to connect to the WiFi once it’s disconnected once. It’s a 10% chance of working.
Round and round
Videos continues to load and loading and you just can’t access them easily

Grandma ran out in front of me when I was turning, checked my dash cam? It didn’t record at all. Only thing it recorded was 40 seconds of me pulling over, not the incident or anything. Not to mention the app is so weird, the camera quality is so bad and you can’t play music while connected, which is the only way to ensure it’s recording.

Cannot extract video
What’s the point of a dash cam if I can’t even pull the video? I go to the app, press download video, it loads for about 10 minutes and then stays at 100% downloaded but doesn’t go anywhere from there. And the video is not saved in my phone. This app is in desperate need of an update
App Constantly Crashing – Unable to Connect to Camera
This app is terrible. It does not work at all. Every time I connect to the camera and open the app, it immediately crashes and kicks me out. I cannot connect to the camera no matter what I do. It is completely useless right now. Please fix this issue as soon as possible. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

The “YADA Drive” app sucks! Also, BEON products are a waste of money…
The camera is always too hot to the touch. The app constantly crashes. The dash can hardly ever even connects to my phone, etc. This product sucks a**, don’t bother!

I got a dash cam as a birthday gift, tried to connect to WiFi in all way possible but could not, the cam is good just can’t see the videos or delete them, save them out whatever I need to do, sad

This product is very bad. Never buy this product because you will lose your money and it is not worth it
Do better
YADA 4K, camera worked and few weeks in started having glitches. Changed MicroSD cards, no help. Reached out to “support”, 9 days later! YADA make a stable product, not junk!
Useless App
Despite my phone being connected to the dash cam wifi, the app still will not work. App is completely useless.

Endless loop. Power up camera, select WiFi, enter password, select WiFi (it’s already selected) enter password….
App doesn’t work
Doesn’t load photos or videos from the device like it should, inoperable app and just freezes
