Yagura: Daily Logic Puzzle

One skyline a day. The same one for everybody. Every number around the edge tells you how many towers you would see standing on that street and looking down it. A taller tower hides every shorter one behind it. Fill the grid so all of them come true at once, and no height repeats in a row or column. That rule is why this puzzle is a city rather than a table of numbers. Turn the board and you are on the street, counting roofs. The clue stops being a constraint and becomes the view.
