No longer working on iPhone?
The last few days we are no longer able to view our cameras on our iPhone 16’s. The cameras are live, can view on our tv etc; is an update required?

I found it difficult at first to understand the instructions,but after several attempts I masterminded it and love all the functions available to me
Change of Internet Provider
After changing my internet provider I was having a problem reconfiguring my camera, but the technical support team were absolutely brilliant. Great product and great support from them.

Buggy/ doesn’t work
Constantly freezes and takes ages to load anything if it ever does load. The play back function never works. Useless
Slow loading
We’ve had this app for a couple of years now and it’s been fine but recently it’s become very slow to load replays if at all it will not refresh, I’ve done all the resets and checks possible but nothing helps which is very frustrating, please update!

This has to be one of the most buggiest and slowest app to use for a monitoring system for camera. Terrible. Utterly disappointing to say the least and lack of app update/support
