I’ve been on Yalla Natlob for a while and I can’t say it’s the best but it’s a first in Sudan! Which gives them the 3 stars… I had a hiccup with one order and they failed to compensate me or follow up after the incident. App should follow up post order to insure delivery was satisfactory or otherwise Also, the app needs to allow customers to add comments on their orders to adjust it as they please, last but long least the app gives a promotion code that the system won’t accept! Kindly fix that!

Distorted Customer Messaging and Poor User Experience
Today, I received a promo-code that explicitly says “100% off your first order” only to discover that this 100% is off delivery fees so I still have to pay for the order. Marketing needs to be clearer in customer messaging so that miscommunications like this doesn’t happen in the future because regular customers don’t understand what’s YallaNa6lob, is it a solely a delivery service or a smart partnership that extends beyond that with restaurants, pharmacies… etc?
Additionally, for a startup that has been on for over two years, the UI literally breaks every rule and best practice. Some actions buttons are tweaking and MOST NOTABLY the cursor in any input field is way off. These comments are based off my 5 minutes per annum usage so I say, take a five everyday to improve your product and services.

السلام عليكم انا طلبتا قبل شويه منهم ومستنيه ساعه وتلت والطلب ما جاء ولما اتصلت عليهم شابكني بس في كلمه وحده " ما ظاهر الطلب عندنا " قلت ليهو انا ما بتبلي عليكم انا مستنيه لي اكتر من ساعه وفالنهايه بتقول لي كدا بس زوجي كان داير يتشاكلو وقفل بالغلط وتاني بقينا نتصل وما بردو حركه جدا ما حلوه منهم وماعندهم إحترام للزبون ابدا وبالطريقه دي احسن تقفلو الابليكشن يعني لانو ما ممكن الزول يستني وفالاخر انت ما تاكد الطلب لي الاستهتار دا يعني اقل شي رد و اعتذر وانتهي الموضوع لاكن حركتكم جدا بايخه

the chosen wallet option isn’t sending to customer service
When ordering food to restaurants that use the app wallet , although shining of the chosen wallet option is showing (because the user clicked it) the customer service feedback is that the wallet hasn’t been chosen .This happens with every order I did

Every time i click on offers the app crashes+ instead of choosing my location every time i want to order something y can’t my location be saved with my account?
+even if i gave u my address the delivery guy still calls me asking for directions.
+most of the restaurants in my area can’t deliver to me for some reason&sometimes the prices differ from what’s shown on the App.
Ps: the idea is brilliant the execution not so much...love~
