This App Has Gotten Ridiculously Worse
I’ve been using this app for almost 2 years, and it has honestly gotten worse and worse. What used to be a convenient way to order food has become incredibly frustrating and unreliable.
It’s 1:30 PM, and I checked 10 restaurants on the app. 7 out of 10 are showing as closed. Seven. At 1:30 in the afternoon.
And here’s the ridiculous part: I actually went to check some of them myself.
For example, I checked Fresh Food Market on the app, and it said “Closed.” I then went there myself, only to find that the restaurant was open. So the app is confidently telling customers that businesses are closed when they’re actually operating.
And it doesn’t stop there. Even when a restaurant is listed as open, most of the items on its menu aren’t actually available. You can spend time browsing, find something you want, and then discover that it can’t be ordered anyway.
At this point, what exactly is the app supposed to be doing? If the restaurant status is inaccurate and the menus are inaccurate, the two most basic pieces of information a delivery app needs to provide are completely unreliable.
I’ve given this app almost two years of use, and watching the quality decline this much is genuinely disappointing. Customers shouldn’t have to physically visit restaurants to verify whether the app is lying about their opening status.

Absolutely Useless
Customer service is so horrible i am in shock of how incompetent and RUDE agents are!!!! After years of using the app, and the website before. I am deleting it now because of the amount of rudeness I received from the team. Absolutely ridiculous.
