المساعدة و خدمة العملاء لا تعمل في التطبيق، طالما استلمت الأورد فما فيش مجال اشتكي من اي خطأ
Terrible customer support service
Horrible customer support- no resolution to my issue. Unable to send a message to reach out to anyone for help. Was the only one vouching for this app and always used it. Safe to say i will NOT be using it again - def going to talabat who have superior customer support.

تم الطلب من مطعم بازوكا ومكتوب التوصيل خلال ٤٥ دقيقة ولكن تجاوز ساعة ونصف وعند التواصل مع خدمة العملاء لم يتم عمل اي شيئ

No way to contact any one when u have a problem
The chat is not working
U can’t contact a customer support if there is a problem with an order like now the order is late and the restaurant phone number is not working and the support chat boat was never in order so how useless this is

تطبيق فاشل
لا يقبل رقم سعودي .. او اي رقم غير مصري يعني لو سائح لاتعتقد بيسجلك التطبيق الفاشل
خدمة سيئة ومشكل كتير
مشاكل كتير بتواجهني كل شوية في الاوردرات وكمان حلولها ورد الدعم بطيء وغير فعال
The App is good just missing a feature
The app experience is good just missing the Apple Pay as payment method.
And another annoying bug is every notification is sent 3 times even in email.

اسوأ تجربة على الإطلاق ، الطلب لم يصل بعد ساعتين ولا يوجد خيار إلغاء الطلب او حتى خدمة عملاء

worst experience ever.. will delete the app and never use it again… more than 1 hour delay beyond the estimated time.. and the driver’s name is changed suddenly on the app with another one!

Support messages are not even working and there is no one to talk to.

CRAZY CRAZY EXPERIENCE!!!! So i had a delivery guy pretty much stake out my house and send me threats via text for a couple of days, all because i complained about a late order! He literally texted me that he was going to bring people to wait for me outside my house!!!!! When i contacted elmenus they didn't even help at all. They told me they contacted the delivery and asked him to stop!!!! Thats it!!!!!! I had problems with the app for a while and in general their customer care and support is very poor and sometimes they dont even answer chats. But i never once ordered from an app and had the experience come down to violence. And at the end of the day the solution at elmenus wasn’t even to fire the guy, it was just to ask him to stop. He could be delivering an order right now.

Be Careful!!!!!!!
Be careful of their delivery drivers, i just had one try to barge into my home over a small dispute!!!! Thats not even the issue, the bigger issue is that elmenus customer care didnt even try to help!! As the guy was shouting and screaming causing a scene, and waiting outside my apartment building, their customer care didnt even try to calm the situation down, and they wouldnt let me speak to a supervisor to report the incident. Not professional at all.

Customer service is trash
The claimed estimated time of arrival is no where near the actual. And there is no one you can talk to except the AI chat bot that has very limited options, and there is no response on their WhatsApp account.
