Always glitches on me. also often locks me out of my account so i have to call the bank and change my password. super annoying and inefficient
It’s convenient
The app is super convenient quick to access easy to walk-through however, it glitches out too often and most of the time when I want to check my account balance I can’t because there’s technical difficulties within the app.

Limited features
This app needs a serious overhaul into the 21st century. There are only a few things you can do with this app. Needs more features.
Basic but functional- can’t view statements
Like the simplicity of it but wish there were more functions available to use. It’s annoying to have to fire up a website just to look at a statement. My other bank apps allow me to look at statements.
Im a stiff with customer service
And yampa is 💯 the only bank I will use in the yampa valley
Customer service lacking
Took me several days to speak with someone when I was on vacation and could not access my accounts. I also had a savings account with over 4,000 dollars “disappear” from my online account. After several times calling they finally told me it was because it has been inactive. However I never received a notice about the inactive savings account being taken offline.

Great when it work..
This app always crashes and won’t let me log in.. which is really awful when you need to know your balance.
Unable to use the app
They won’t update it for anything below ios13 so I’m unable to use the app and do any mobile banking or deposits even though my phone works perfectly fine.
Constant trouble
I’ve been having constant problems with this app since I switched over to Yampa Valley Bank. Not too impressed.
Best services available...PERIOD
This bank and the people it’s comprised of are the best to work with and make banking the easiest we have ever banked with...and we have banked with many different entities.
Bank from your Phone
It does just this! Works great. I miss going in to see the folks at the bank because I haven’t needed to do anything in person since I got this app. Easy to use and generally flawless.
Great app, Great Bank
This app is super user friendly! I depend on this app for not only our personal accounts but also our business accounts and I have always had great success.
Keeps crashing and frequently unavailable
I’ve been so frustrated with this app! It’s great that our community bank took the step towards making banking more convenient for their customers, but this app crashes ALL the time. Also, it’s frequently unavailable when I try to log on to transfer money or deposit checks. Definitely needs improvement!

Worst banking app/ online banking
YVB is awesome, but this App is absolutely TRASH, and for that matter all of YVB’s online banking is so far out of date it’s honestly funny, almost. It’s one of the most frustrating things on the planet to not be able to reset your passcode without calling the bank, online or on the app there is no way whatsoever to reset your password. What’s the last site / app of any kind that doesn’t have a freaking “reset password “ button ?!!?!?! This app and YVBs online experience need a SERIOUS overhaul. Hope your listening YVB
