Prices have become ridiculous
This app was the go to for online groceries but the prices have become unreasonable. It used to be free delivery over a certain amount which is gone and orders usually have 17shek delivery fee. They also removed the loyalty program. I recommend using wolt market its prices are much better.

Ordered a wall charger which didn’t work out of the box. They instructed me to contact the importer which sent me back to them, and they do not intend to do anything to solve the issue. Money down the drain.

Заходим с 2ух разных устройств и видим, что ценник отличается! При этом у меня есть плюс, а цена выше, видимо это последнее продление подписки было. Музыки все меньше, больше она нас не связывает, увы и ах.

Terrible app. I wanted to make the first order and knew that there would be a discount on it. I signed up but didn't get a discount. Wrote to support. They began to answer me that this was because the system recognized my card as previously linked to the application. I received the card recently and did not make any orders through this application.

I’ve placed an order and it said it was delivered when it clearly wasn’t. I’ve contacted support via chat to ask for a redelivery or refund but they kept insisting that the order was delivered and did not help me at all. In the end I spent money on something I never received.

это английская версия "Я. лавки" , а точнее англо-русская, хоть русского тут немного, ну да ладно. - 1 звезда, ибо нельзя заплатить наличными когда к вам приедет курьер (как в Я. маркете), также в Я. лавке, ну ничего страшного, жить можно, остальное нормально!
