Excited for October
I’m getting to enjoy one of my bucket list in October. A trip to Portland, ME and a big circle to NH and VT. I hope it is a beautiful and pleasant weather. I’m excited to visit the beautiful areas in New England in the fall.

Paid but didn’t get
I paid $19.99 for a one year subscription yesterday, but still don’t have access to the magazine.
Connection
Being that I live on both the east and west coasts, Yankee keeps me connected. The Eversion is most convenient since I am able to keep my paper versions in one location. I’ve been a subscriber for many years and count Yankee as my number 1! CA
DOESNT WORK AT ALL
Even now after all these complaints, I recently called Yankee for them to link my email address to my subscription account.
But after doing that, this app update removes my ability to login and link to an active PAID MAGAZINE SUBSCRIPTION. NO, NO I am not going to buy them again thru Apple iTunes. WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE YOU CHEAP NH PUBLISHER! Hire digital staff who can give customers an app that works. Liars.

Fix your iPad app please
Like the magazine but not the Subscription through iTunes app. Too many months that the magazine is out and I’m waiting for download. Like now!
Very buggy
All I see is black when I try to sign into my account. Please fix this.
Impossible to set up
Tried multiple times to set up my account with all of the correct info but with no success. The "Help" link seems to be only for navigation. Not worth the wasted time and certainly not worth a phone call.
Frustrating
Don't waste your time or money with this magazine. The customer service is pathetic. On several calls to the magazine, I was given completely contrary information from when I placed the order. I get the sense that they really don't care about customer assistance or feedback. I'll pick up the print edition every now and then, but will never subscribe. It's definitely not worth it.

Can't access
I've paid for a year's digital subscription to your magazine and have generally been happy but lately when I attempt to open a current magazine the app just closes. I am unable to even contact customer service.
Failure!
Similar to the experience of other reviewers, app fails to download issues. Purchased a print subscription with the expectation of reading issues on IPad as well -- nope! Seems like no support or app development is allocated to this - should be removed from the App Store.
RUN AWAY...
Avoid this like the plague, it simply does not work. No content beyond 2013 is available. No support from the magazine. Your five bucks is in their pocket, you can't download any of the content, and they just don't care. Deeply embarrassed by these jokers - I live in Dublin NH, where their offices are located. Shame on you guys, you give New England a bad name.

Very slow
Takes FOREVER to download issues, and this is on a high-speed internet connection. Other Newsstand apps are not this slow. I was also trying to buy the 2013 Cookbook Special through the app, and I can't. Please fix this or I won't renew my subscription.

Poor implementation and bad customer service
I used this app to view my suscription. It came time for renewal and using the app to renew DOES NOT renew your Newsstand subscription. It only renews your print and web access digital subscription. I have contacted their customer support via email 10 times, with a standard we are working on it response.

Piece of crap!!!
I made the mistake of wasting $5 on one issue of this magazine. First off, it literally takes HOURS to download. When it finally does finish, and graciously recommends that I "read", attempting to do so causes the magazine to begin the download process AGAIN, Over and over and over....shockingly, when I contacted Yankee Magazine, they could do NOTHING to help me, and helpfully suggested I would need to contact iTunes. Whatever. Don't waste your money or your time attempting to download this magazine!

The app does not recognize my email or my password. I emailed them my customer number hoping for help, but I have not heard back. Can anyone access this?
Doesn't recognize my account
App says I already have an account, but it doesn't recognize my email address nor my password. I signed up for on-line newsletters several months ago, and the email IS correct. It won't let me change the pw either. Extremely annoying!! I sent an email to tech support, hope they can help. I wasted enough time on this already. Is it too much to ask, that these things work right?
