Customer support sucks

I paid for a yearly subscription in May 26, 2026 and got 8000 credits for the month. I used them all. On June 26th, the credits did not renew and I emailed customer support and submitted a ticket and it has been 4 days now and still no response from customer support. I submitted additional tickets and still waiting….

This app takes AI to a different whole new level. I love it so much. There’s so much you can do and so much you can ask for and it will generate it for you. It’s so realistic as well and I love that genuinely.
