Simple and Easy to Use
YapScan is incredibly easy to use and is a great way to efficiently check customers in by scanning their tickets or selecting their names from an alphabetized list. Names can also be easily unscanned if necessary.

Amazing app - would highly recommend
ICON Won't go away after deleting app from my iphone
App worked fine but now I can't get rid of icon after I deleted it. Icon does not open app anymore but this is annoying 🙁
Bad Login
Downloaded app and entered email and password for it to tell me invalid username (email) and password. However I know my username and password is correct when I log on using the Yapsody website.

Amazing amount of functionality for a free service. Have used it for several events ranging in size from small to large and it’s worked flawlessly every time.
Can't log on
Not sure if this is temporary glitch, but I've tried logging several times in one days with my credentials to no avail.
