Been waiting for an hour but no one arrived. The app kept re-assigning captain but no one arrived too. At the end, I booked ride from another service or app.

Hey I tested you app i found lots of bug in the application , Even i shared the email also please check this is new startup and having this much bugs will reduce user engagement , Please fix this as soon as possible by the way service is nice i tried today but app have serious lots of bug

Their advertisement hook with AED300 welcome gift without mentioning on the ad that you can’t you use at at once. Perhaps you have to use their service several times and just small fraction of bonus will be taken. I don’t recommended this app.

Cannot make use of the welcome gift since only a very fraction of it only can be used unlike other app of the same offer service, you can use all of it. It is a clickbait for sure.

The other apps were a bit slow but this I got booked my car instant, maybe it was timing but probably the app was at the right place when it was needed!

Easy to use application in the market
Ever since I started to download this app, I always get rewards and cheaper rates to book my ride. I opted to always use my card & wallet as it easy to top-up and use for payments. So far so good all the drivers I had were gentlemen.. I also like the touch of customization of the trip that I can choose from the app..

Drivers are canceling my booking!
Booked a car going to Bluewaters and guess what? 5 drivers cancelled my booking and I’ve waited for almost 20mins. Their drivers are telling me not to use this App again!
