I dislike ads in my games, and I’d happily pay at least 5 or 10 bucks to permanently disable them. This game only gives an expensive subscription to disable ads. It also follows the trend of not showing the cost to disable ads in the in-app purchases section of the App Store listing, which feels very shady. I might have lived with the ads, but the ads in this app were the most obnoxious I’ve ever seen, requiring several interactions to close, basically forcing you to play a round of another game. I don’t know how much control the devs have over the ads, and I’m sure lots of other apps have the same sort of ads, but this just rendered the game unplayable for me. I don’t want to waste minutes of my life on ads just to play one round of a dice game.
