I bought the black taxi in a size 8.5 and when I get them I was sent two different type of material on the shoe. One shoe was suede other shoe looks like leather.

This app works when it wants to. The website is the same. Don’t get me wrong, in store purchases are great and their stores have good prices and a nice selection of clothing of good quality. It’s the online purchasing I have a problem with, and I do a lot of online purchasing. The app and website seems to accept your login info when it feels like it. This is so frustrating and definitely needs to be fixed.

Beware of ordering. STAY AWAY
I understand we are in the middle of a pandemic. However this business takes your payment and send out the order whenever someone comes to work to complete order for shipping. We have played multiple orders several times and nothing has showed up every time my kid’s order, and the wait time is well over a month for order to process and another month for shipping. Trust me if you enjoy waiting on your order then this is the app for you I promise. I don’t understand why is the wait so long, however it’s a major inconvenience. I ordered my hubby’s father’s day gift 3 day’s ago and I’m sure we won’t receive shoes until after Father’s day. Hell we may have to turn gift into a birthday gift due to long wait for shipping. I know it’s going to be while over 1-2 months before we receive any of the 4 orders placed in the beginning of May 2020.
