Will not open past connect
Has no settings to show up, quick start guide just spins, FAQ just spins, bought this on good reviews and can’t control or customize it. Will not recommend this Yealink Bh71 or app

These products are too damn expensive to not work. I updated my headphones mow i cant change the language back to english i didn’t even change it to Spanish to begin with. i tried to submit a ticket in the app doesn’t work i tried to connect to my pc doesn’t work. fix this stuff asap! Doesn’t work with iPhone 17
I have an iPhone 17 pro max and no matter what I do, I can’t get this app to connect to my BH76 Plus. It works correctly on my old iPhone 15 but I’m trading that in so soon I won’t be able to control my headset beside with the app on my computer which is completely inconvenient. But hey, first word problems, right.

Does NOT show Connected Headset(s)
I just got in a BH74 and paired without issue to my iPhone 17 Pro, but the app NEVER recognizes it. Tried forgetting and re-pairing… same issue.

Doesn’t do anything. It won’t even help you pair. That’s easily done on the iPhone. Doesn’t recognize after you pair either. What’s the point?!

Наушник неплохой а вот приложение сделали лентяи- просто скопировали инструкцию – лучше бы ничего не делали, чем сделать такую ерунду и теперь я про неплохой наушник стал думать плохо- ведь люди которые его сделали позволили себе выпустить такую гадость
Nice software
I read the other review about it, not connecting to their phone. I did not have this issue at all. It is connected and the options that it gives you. Nice flexibility of how you want the headset to manage itself. I did a software update through the app and it executed perfectly. I’ve made a couple of phone calls and I’ve asked people what the quality. Of my voice is and they say it’s excellent. I get this product and the software five stars.

The app is literally useless. It never shows connected to headset and you can’t make any adjustments

Update button on app is frozen. I have several units with several users and no one in my office can update the firmware even though it says there is an update available.

Has no purpose. Deleting the app.
Unable to update firmware
The app would notify me that my BH76 headset needed to update its firmware but it would not react to my click to start update.
Doesn’t Support WH66 - Need to Download from Website
This is a pretty limited application that only supports several Yealink headsets. In order to get full functionality, you need to download the “Yealink USB Connect” app directly on the Yealink website.

Can’t update firmware
The app indicates that new firmware is available and displays an update button, but the button does not function.
Firmware Transmitting Issue
Firmware transmitting mentions that the updates are completed but the spinner never finishes the loop and the headset keeps switching on and off with the update.
Also, with the noise cancellation and ambient sound there is a disturbing noise keeps on coming from the left ear, not sure if there is a easy fix with the firmware update.
The full volume feels still low if using it in a crowded environment.
Overall the sound is good but while wearing it over the head is a bit too tight, as that’s my opinion.

Does Not Support All Yealink Headsets
Yealink WH67 not supported.
Doesn’t work at all
The app just keeps telling you to pair the headset even though it’s already connected. For some reason, the app can’t recognize the headset is paired.
