UPDATE YOUR APP
The problems facing this app and software have been going on for months and no response has been given. Tech support dodges accountability and refuse to take action. Do not buy yeedi.
App not detecting the robovac via WiFi
The robovac is connected to the wifi but the app cannot detect it after being connected.

I would not recommend this brand!
I have had this product for about six months, and I have tried everything listed in the owner’s manual to resolve the issue. Nothing has worked. I reached out to YEEDI support expecting actual help, but they just kept sending me generic responses that repeat the same troubleshooting steps already listed in the manual.
Their support has not been helpful, they have not followed up properly, and they have not offered any real solution. For a product at this price point, I expected much better quality and much better customer service.
At this point, I would 100% not recommend this product to anyone! This has been disappointing, and the support experience has made it even worse.

Appareil inutilisable depuis la dernière mise à jour !!!! Plus de carte ou bien apparaît que lors qu’elle a envie et application bloquée impossible de naviguer dans les menus 😡 Correction impérative et Urgent Svp !!!!

App can’t fully connect
I’ve had my Yeedi for several years. Recently the app just timeouts when trying to connect to the robot. I can only access the start, stop and recharge options

Все висит, карты теряет, только проехал карту создать, все проехал, а пылесос пропал из приложения. И что теперь заново добавлять и заново карту создавать. Вы издеваетесь. Можете сделать чтобы все работало?!

Purtroppo il robot continuamente si scollega e ora è scomparsa la mappa della casa e non riesco più a trovare il comando per rifarla …o meglio il comando di mappatura è scomparso!
Can’t get into app
I’ve had this vacuum for a couple of years with no real big issues but recently I have been locked out of the app. It says it doesn’t recognize my password so I had it send me a code which it never does (even looked in junk mail). Now I have no access to the vacuum and it’s dead in the water. Really sucks 😡. I would never get this brand again.

Cannot setup
Made many multiple attempts to setup but always failed at last step! Frustrating!
Quit working
Haven’t been getting notifications for about a month now. Now I can’t pull up where the vacuum has cleaned or where it is, it force closes the app. I have on 2 different devices and have uninstalled and reinstalled on both, and nothing changed. I can’t change the schedule or do anything to control the robot . Please fix this

Newest update
Have had a Yeedi for 5 years now and recommended them to many…. However, a couple month ago some update causes the app to loose connection CONSTANTLY! So frustrating. It won’t recognize a whole room off the map and so now I need to run manually in that room or reprogram when I get time. Used to run flawlessly and I thought it was my WiFi til I came to the reviews and see I’m not alone! Please fix Yeedi!

The app disconnects and deletes everything!
The app every month or two unpairs my yeedi vacuum and by doing that deletes the map of my house, the zones I’ve setup, and the vacuuming schedule. Then I have to pair the yeedi bot to the app again, map out my house again, and set EVERYTHING back up. So unbelievably frustrating.
